Power Automate & Forms: Streamlining Event Management

This is a build-along rather than an overview. James Smith and Sabrina Griffin from Quiss's training team start with designing the registration form in Microsoft Forms, then build the Power Automate flow that captures and processes each RSVP.

From there it covers generating and sending calendar invitations automatically, tracking responses and managing the attendee data, then adding reminders and notifications on top.

Event registration is the example, but the pattern transfers to any form-plus-follow-up process, which makes it a decent introduction to Power Automate for anyone who hasn't built a flow before. You can submit questions ahead of the session.
