About this session

Every Copilot or Claude prompt and response can now count as a business record, and some contain legal context, intellectual property or decisions you may need to produce later. Standard Microsoft 365 backups don't necessarily capture this AI-generated content, which leaves gaps for audit, compliance and recovery.

This live demonstration from Druva shows how its platform backs up Copilot prompts, responses and file references across Teams, Outlook and the Office apps, stores them in an isolated cloud separate from production, applies legal hold, retention and audit workflows to AI data, and restores lost Copilot chats and Claude desktop conversations. It's framed around European frameworks such as the EU AI Act and data privacy rules.

Despite the 'no pitch' title, the session is a demo of Druva's own product, so it's most useful if you're actively looking at how to retain and recover AI-generated content.

Who it’s for

IT, compliance and risk leads at organisations using Microsoft 365 Copilot or Claude who need to retain, search or recover AI conversations for legal hold, eDiscovery or audit.
