About this session

Most organisations have found a few useful AI prompts. This is Episode 4 of BCN's AI That Works webinar series, following Episodes 1 to 3 on safe adoption, prompting and everyday Copilot wins. It shows how to turn those prompts into reusable AI agents that help a team complete the same task consistently.

It explains what an agent is and how it differs from a normal Copilot chat, then covers the four building blocks of a good agent: purpose, instructions, knowledge and starter prompts. Three live demos follow: a sales deal preparation agent, a contract and NDA review assistant that gives a first-pass review for a human to check, and a brand voice assistant for marketing content. It also covers governance, including keeping people in the loop and respecting existing permissions.

It comes from a Microsoft partner and is built around Microsoft 365 Copilot, so expect some promotion of BCN's AI services. Episode 5 moves on to Copilot Studio and department-level assistants.
