BCN's live Copilot demos across Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
Knowing which AI tool to use and how to write a prompt is a good start, but what does it look like on a normal working day? This is Episode 3 of BCN's AI That Works webinar series, following Episode 1 on starting AI safely and Episode 2 on prompting. It has no slides, just live Copilot demos in four apps your team already uses.
The demos cover pulling a summary, decisions and owned actions out of a 30-message Outlook thread and drafting replies in two tones, turning rough notes into a structured Word document, cleaning a messy Excel file, building charts and answering data questions without formulas, and catching up on a missed Teams meeting. The core idea is that saving two minutes on a task five times a day adds up to nearly 40 hours a year.
It comes from a Microsoft partner and recommends Microsoft 365 Copilot, so expect some promotion of BCN's AI services. Episode 4, on workflows and agents, follows in the series.
How to use Copilot to summarise email threads, draft documents, clean spreadsheets and catch up on meetings.
Microsoft 365 users and the IT or training leads rolling out Copilot who want practical examples of where it saves time in Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
The demos use Microsoft 365 Copilot, which needs a Copilot licence; they aren't available in the free Copilot Chat.
