About this session

Most people don't get the results they expect from AI, and it usually comes down to the prompt. This is Episode 2 of BCN's AI That Works webinar series, following on from Episode 1 on starting AI safely. It shows how to write prompts that make Copilot and similar tools useful in day-to-day work.

It introduces CRAFT, a simple structure covering context, role, action, format and tone, and uses live demos for everyday tasks: drafting an email, summarising a long document into bullet points, building a table of risks and mitigations, and turning source content into a briefing. It also covers treating AI as a co-worker you refine with, and building safe use into the habit, such as using enterprise data protection in Copilot Chat.

It comes from a Microsoft partner and leans towards Copilot, so expect some promotion of BCN's AI services. It's a good one to share with staff as well as IT.
